Module 4: Low Incidence Categories
In this module, I had heard the low incidence category in passing. I knew about funding available, but with regards to the individual categories and strategies, I had no specific knowledge of. I was actually surprised to see that autism was considered a low incidence category. I worked with a couple of autistic students for about 3 months, and was trying a range of strategies. I was not aware of the BC Ministry Special Needs resources.
